All of a sudden chibis.
It’s always feels weird for me to draw the ones that are two heads tall, since I’m so used to having proportions right, but this is fun.

Last week I was sitting around and decided to see if I could animate… so I made this gif of Portal 2 Chell.
It was SO MUCH FUN. I don’t think I’ll be able to resist doing more nnngg. (wow I had to wrestle with this to get Tumblr to accept it sorry if the quality is kinda bad I have no clue what I am doing)

I like how gentle GLaDOS can be when she feels like it… and I wonder if/how she took care of Chell after the moon shoot to make sure she survived. She seemed pretty relieved when Chell regained consciousness anyway!
Here you go, art. I have no idea what happened here, this is pretty different from what I usually do? I just wanted to practice drawing her face and trying to get her to look more on-model (cause I am not very good at drawing faces that aren’t just “standard caucasian”) and then it turned into… this.
I might do more like it, pretty fun and loose.

It’s generally a challenge for me to draw shipping stuff that isn’t inspired by fanfic, haha. I tend to try and construct a scenario in my head where it would be plausible, and this is one I came up with: Chell needs to rest while they navigate the catwalks of Aperture, Wheatley sits next to her to keep watch, she slumps against him in her sleep, and he has no clue how to respond.
